I was recently diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and let me tell you, it was a revelation!
But then came the challenge of figuring out how to manage it.
This website offered a fantastic toolkit for adults with ADHD. From time management tips to recommended apps, it had everything I needed to start feeling more productive and less overwhelmed.
Highly recommend!

ADHD can be a lonely experience sometimes. You feel like no one understands the constant struggle to focus or the whirlwind of thoughts in your head. This website changed that for me.
The supportive online community and forum discussions helped me connect with others who 'get it'. Sharing experiences and tips with others who understand has been incredibly empowering.
Thank you for creating this space!
ADHD PRIMARY CARE SOCIETY
The ADHD Primary Care Society started in response to numerous calls from patients and healthcare professionals to improve the standards of care, and education and to offer quality, practical and understandable information for patients, the people around them and healthcare professionals.
The primary aim of the ADHD Primary Care Society is to help improve the quality of life of those who are neurodivergent and more specifically, those who have been identified as diagnosed with ADHD.
Who we are
The society was founded by GPS for GPS and other healthcare professionals. We are a team of medical professionals with ample expertise in terms of the management and treatment of ADHD.
What we do
We hope to be able to help reduce stigma, improve standard of care and become advocates for those who live with ADHD.
